1. Service Areas

We currently deliver in major metro cities and select tier-2 cities (updated regularly on our website). If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you after order placement and issue a full refund.

2. Shipping Time

• Items are dispatched 1 day before the event date.
• Delivery window: 9 AM to 9 PM.
• Customers must be available at the delivery location to receive the item.

3. Delivery Procedure

• Our delivery partner will wait at your doorstep while you verify the outfit.
• After confirmation, you must sign as proof of acceptance.
• Once signed and accepted, the order is non-refundable.

4. Pickup Process

• Pickup is scheduled on the next day after your event.
• The outfit must be repacked in the original bag provided.
• Missed pickups may result in penalty charges or self-return arrangement.

5. Delivery Charges

• Shipping and pickup charges are included in rental price unless specified.
• Additional charges may apply for urgent or outstation deliveries.
