Return & Exchange Policy
1. Return Guidelines
- All rented garments must be returned on the last day of the rental period.
- Late returns will incur a penalty of ₹200 per day per item.
2. Exchange Eligibility
We allow exchanges only in the following cases:
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The item is damaged, stained, or unwearable on delivery.
3. Reporting Issues
- All damage/defect reports must be made within 2 hours of receiving the outfit.
- Photographic proof via WhatsApp or email is mandatory.
4. Non-Exchangeable Cases
- Garments that do not fit due to wrong size selection.
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Late reports (after 2 hours of delivery).
