How does Dress Dikhao work?
Choose your outfit, select rental dates, and we’ll deliver it to your doorstep a day before your event. After the event, we’ll pick it up.
Are all outfits cleaned before delivery?
Yes, every garment is professionally dry-cleaned, sanitized, and steam-pressed before and after each rental.
What if my dress doesn't fit?
We provide accurate size charts. Exchanges for fit issues are not available if the size delivered is what you ordered.
Can I cancel my order?
- 100% refund for cancellations 48+ hours before delivery.
- 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours prior.
- No refund for cancellations under 24 hours.
What if I accidentally damage the garment?
Minor wear is acceptable. Major damage, stains, or loss may incur additional charges up to the item's MRP.
Can I rent multiple outfits at once?
Yes, you can rent multiple garments in one order, subject to availability.
How long can I keep the outfit?
Our standard rental duration is 3–7 days. Extensions are possible on request with extra charges.
